Anthony Raimondi is an actor, director and choreographer based in New York City. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, he is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a BFA in Dance and BS Business Marketing.
As a performer, Anthony has performed with the company of Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago and both the National and International tours of West Side Story. He was one of the top 150 dancers on So You Think You Can Dance and has performed in a number of different commercial venues across the United States including fashion shows, commercials and most recently, television shows like the Emmy Award winning series “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.”
Anthony has had the pleasure of working with, and assisting, some of the industry’s most influential and notable artists including Joey Mckneely, Parker Esse, Jeffery Denman, Andrew Turtletaub, KC Castellano, Marguerite Derricks, Al Blackstone, Richard J. Hinds, Tyce Diorio and more.
As a director/choreographer, Anthony has been the Associate on Nick Jr. Live, Newsies (5 Star Theatricals, La Mirada), Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story (The REV), the regional premiere of Escape to Margaritaville (Ogunquit Playhouse) and Catch Me If You Can (The REV). He also served as the Associate on Oath’s NewFront hosted by Jamie Foxx. Anthony has become a trusted name in recreating original Jerome Robbins choreography for West Side Story. He has re-staged this masterpiece for recent National and International Tours as well as Regional Theaters like Asolo Repertory Theater and Orlando Shakespeare Theater. Anthony is a huge supporter of the Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids community and has worked on productions of BCEFA’s Easter Bonnet Competition and Broadway Bares.
Anthony is represented by Lucille DiCampli Artists and is a proud member of the Actors’ Equity Association.
